The client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work in this case was a Researcher from Iran. His work had focused specifically on Biomedical Science and Metallurgy Engineering. We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time at the 2nd quarter of 2014, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm.
