For this EB-2 NIW case, we worked extensively with a Gastroenterology Fellow, who has made substantial contributions to the field of Hepatology. More specifically, her work has focused on identifying the underlying biological causes of hepatobiliary malignancies and comprehensively evaluating various treatment strategies for diseases such as hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis C. Our client’s research has directly contributed to the reduction of mortality rates in the United States and has improved the quality of life for patients with such diseases. Her work has culminated in 2 book chapters, 1 book, and 17 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts that were published in the top journals of her field. Furthermore, her work has been presented at numerous national and international conferences. At the time of filing her case, her publications had been cited 187 times by researchers worldwide, exemplifying the major significance of her work.
