Case Summary:
In this case, the client that we had the opportunity to work with was an Assistant Professor from India in the field of Medicinal Chemistry. His specialized research has focused on the nature of cyclic peptides. His work had resulted in 61 peer-reviewed scientific articles and numerous presentations at national and international conferences; at the time that his case was filed, his publications had been cited at least 561 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work. He had also reviewed 25 manuscripts for distinctive, internationally-circulated journals. His superior level of expertise was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[Client] developed a new form for the synthesis of a series of these polycyclic indoles that involved the benzotriazole …This represented a major advance over existing methodologies for the synthesis of these polycyclic indoles, which, prior to [Client’s] work, could only be synthesized by means of a complex, multi-step method. [Client’s] synthesis proceeds simply and generates high yields of the compounds.” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability, and that his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation that we provided, his case was approved in just 4 days.
North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com ( Also known as Chen Immigration Law Associates) is one of the major U.S. immigration law firms with the focus on the petitions of EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers/Professors) categories.
Recently, the USCIS has accelerated its case adjudicating time, which is reflected in the number of case approvals of our firm this month. Specifically, we at North America Immigration Law Group have received 29 EB-1A, 66 NIW and 9 EB1B* Approval Notices in May, 2014. In June, we received 20 EB1A, 45 NIW and 4 EB1B* approvals. In July, we received 41 EB1A, 44 NIW and 3 EB1B* approvals.
In total, we have received 402 approval notices from January 2014 to July 2014, which makes us one of the leading U.S. immigration law firms with high volume of approval cases and high approval rate in EB1A, EB1B, and NIW I-140 immigration petitions.

We are also pleased to announce that we have more than 600 EB1 and NIW case approvals in the year of 2013. In 2013, we got more than 516 physical approval notices of EB1 and NIW cases with the approval rate exceeding 98.5%*. In addition, we also successfully helped around 70 clients preparing their RFE (Request for Evidence) responses that were originally filed by other law firms or by DIY clients filing the cases themselves. Furthermore, we helped around 30 clients preparing their EB1B cases for their employers to file. In these cases, we are not able to get approval notices as we are not the attorney on record.
