Case Summary:
A prominent director of software technology from Vietnam hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Because our client is currently based outside the United States, he has to apply for an immigrant visa at an American embassy or consulate before receiving his green card. Once our client and his dependents are granted immigrant visas, they may enter the United States as permanent residents.
